At the residence, known as the “Kazakis house”, one can identify the typical principles of Dimitris Fatouros’ design towards modern architecture, nevertheless aligned at all times with the Greek scenery. The slope’s direction and the city’s view determined the intersection and the primary layout of the residence from east to west. The main level of the house was appointed several meters higher than the street level, thus protecting it both visually and from the passing through dense traffic.
